Josh is an Acquisitions Associate with U.S. Veterinary REIT and AMO Partners. He assists in the financial analysis of acquisition opportunities, supports investment decision-making, sources opportunities, and helps manage the escrow process. Additionally, he conducts market research, including collecting & analyzing comparable sales & lease data, prepares investment committee presentations & reports, and drives day-to-day project management for the REIT.

Before joining U.S. Veterinary REIT, Josh worked as a Capital Markets Analyst with the Industrial Capital Markets Team at NAI Hiffman and with the Corporate Finance & Net Lease Team at JLL. He attended Drake University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Finance, Investments.
